Perry is an Agile coach and mentor with Gemba Systems and is passionate about building high performing teams and helping them to build better software. With over 30 years of hands on IT experience, Perry remains a software development practitioner and student of the craft. When away from the computer he enjoys woodworking, racquetball, and spending time with his wife and four children.
