Missing Pieces to the VB Upgrade Story: Printer Compatibility Library

With the introduction of the Print Form component, VB6 developers are one step closer to being able to migrate their applications to VB.Net. But there are still several pieces missing. One of the most crucial is the inability to port advanced printing logic from VB6 to VB.Net.

Microsoft's Visual Basic team is currently working on a new power pack that supports VB6 style printing. Currently no release date has been announced, but you can watch for updates on the Microsoft Connect website (registration required).
