I enjoyed the presentation. You bring up many good points. I am in my second year of working as a contractor. I love it yet it is very stressful. I have done well but have also made mistakes. My biggest mistake I regulary make is not setting up expectations up front. I make committments then work myself to death to complete them. I will be purchasing the book mentioned.
