Tony Grout is currently Head of Digital and Non-Digital Agile Transformation at Lloyds Banking Group across 18,000 people and before that he was Head of Agile at Skype. Chris Matts is an Agile Practitioner. As a result he takes on the role of project manager, business analyst, tester and even developer.
