When Toyota decided to go global they reinvented a way to align plants, actions, strategies together and they used Hoshin Kanri. Policy deployment or Direction Management are some words that qualifies HK too. Deploying and stay aligned, is today's challenge. This session will come through examples how HK helped global players in their lean agile transition.
Bio
Pierre is an experienced Agile Lean Coach coming from the dark side of ... project management. He has tested unconventional Scrum coaching approaches in Audit, Asset Management, Industry, Education, Government, private equities. He's the man behind the Product Owner's Helpdesk on LinkedIn and has developed several Agile custom frameworks like sKale and PLöRK (Leadership through games).
