Agile Apocrypha and an Ad-hoc Manifesto

Harry Harrold and Rupert Redington present a survey of the cults, sects and heresies they’ve encountered while working with people "doing agile", culminating in their formulation of a new "ad-hoc" Agile manifesto.

Harry Harrold joined Neontribe in 2007. He believes in empathy as a key skill for developers and designers, and in the importance of documentation done last. Rupert Redington works at Neontribe, and has been using JavaScript to help teenagers talk to doctors, Americans to buy airline tickets and everybody to find their way to the loo.
