It's an insurance company that specializes in healthcare. Now if you did this for a large hospital then you would have an appropriate title.

You obviously don't know anything about Cigna. As it is indeed a Global Healthcare and Services company. No longer just an insurance. To insure people and assets is one of the many services Cigna offers but Healthcare as a service is their main offering. There is medical, dental, pharmacy groups owned by Cigna on different locations, yes like a hospital as you said. There is also a lot of preventive Healthcare services offered by Cigna nurses, health coaches and educators that once again you won't find on the 4th floor, billing dept of an insurance company. So the title is correct and you obviously are not. You should read about it before making uninformed comments. www.cigna.com/
