    I don't agree with speaker on his opinion about React. There is more people involved in project, not only JS developers. With growing complexity and amount of tools and platforms for javascript involved in new projects, difference in skills getting bigger, so having common lang (HTML) for better communication is valuable. Web Components is way to go. Designer should have as much as possible control over UI.
