There is no doubt that this keynote has changed my approach and attitude at work. As a senior technical leader, it's my responsibility to not only help design and lead responsible solutions, but to facilitate anything which may get in the way of their delivery - including but not limited to attitude and motivation of teammates.

The tangible tips Dianne gives make it feel like it's indeed possible to affect positive change at my own organization. I have been able to take action on some of these ideas, particularly surrounding the promotion of blameless culture in some of my code reviews and handling of a couple of production issues. I'm hopeful that these actions will result in some sort of multiplier effect as people gain further mutual trust, and a desire to help each other succeed.

I've shared this video with quite a few of my teammates and am getting pretty decent feedback.

    Thanks so much!

Agreed. I attend the talk in person and was amazing that Netflix can hack the culture in such scale. The hardest problem is that culture can not be copy, but we have to change our culture internally.
