Bio

Melissa Casey is an organizational psychologist with an interest in changing command and control management processes to using a Complex Adaptive Systems approach to the design and management of human systems. Melissa worked in large systems design and change in the Australian Taxation Office and as a management consultant before moving into healthcare.
