Allan Kelly is a Software Business Consultant based in London. His focus is on the business side of the software development. To do this often means addressing the technical side, being fortunate to have a number of very talented associates who help with specific technologies.
About the conference
Agile Tour London conference is a part of the Global Agile Tour. Since 2008, it has become a hugely successful worldwide event spanning 30 countries, creating a world-wide network of agile events open to everyone: from Confirmed Agile Practitioner to Agile Newbie. The 2nd London edition again allowed participants to increase their knowledge about Agile and discuss best practices.

I get the point, but making software is not like making sausage. This goes with the point of a small team. You are more efficient if you can do the all the tasks. Adding a singled skilled person (i.e. BA or PM) or even a person with some skills makes things more difficult and take longer. Having roles is better (see Lean IT about roles vs job titles).
