Summary

Sophia Voychehovski discusses all the factors that cause complexity, the three key ways one can wrangle it and object-oriented UX. She talks about how to cheat on our information architecture, reduce the number of moving parts, and stop arguing so much about features and functionality.

Bio

Sophia Voychehovski is the founder of Rewired, a UX studio based in Atlanta. She started Rewired after almost a decade of leading UX efforts for clients such as AT&T, the Australian Tax Office, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
