Summary
At Agile2007 we heard the tale of a distributed Scrum project with 50 people in 4 continents. BMC Identity Management decided to build their next generation product, including architectural changes and component integration, using Scrum to handle the uncertainty of their product's requirements.

Guy Pshigoda is an Agile Coach & PM for BMC Software, implementating Scrum at locations in Israel, US, France & India. He is a Certified Scrum Practitioner. Hubert Smits, an Agile Coach & Mentor for Rally Software, is a Certified Scrum Trainer, and author of "Five Levels of Agile Planning" article and "A CIO's Playbook for Adopting Scrum". He formerly lectured on Agile at Glasgow University.
