Having started out gamifying how mathematics was taught in high schools and after a stint in sales, I’ve spent the last 10 years in tech – from behemoths like the UK Government to hyper-scaling organisations like Spotify and Monzo. Now working as the VP of product at accuRx, a ≈200 person health tech startup trying to fix communications across the NHS, I’m focused on what it takes to build a Product Department that is resilient to the pressures of hyper-scaling.
