Summary

Wasieleski's curiosity has led him to study anthropology, social neuroscience, complexity, business and product management, economy, and technology. He's been fortunate to work with a multitude of organizations and teams to put theory into practice. During his freelance work, organizations repeatedly ask for his guidance as they experience complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity; guidance to create conditions where they can "make sense of" and "respond to" context-specific opportunities and challenges. Conversations are often centered on how to organize, collaborate, and produce utility for the business and users.
