Summary

Milena-Mercedes May worked as a frontend chapter lead at MOIA and continues her leadership path at Resourcify as a lead developer. Having worked in various agile, and some less agile projects, as a software developer for more than ten years, she always strives to improve culture, collaboration and quality. With this intention, she switched to the role of agile coach a few years ago, but decided she didn’t want to stop writing software and returned to coding.  At MOIA she grew into a leadership role while still being involved as a software developer.
