Summary

Courtney Hemphill has been a developer since 1999 when she learned coding at the first incarnation of Art.com (Allposters.com at the time). She is now a Partner and Technical Lead at Carbon Five, a strategic digital product development firm known for its work with early stage, growth and enterprise companies such as Echosign, Square, Thumbtack, Altschool, Google, Hulu, Gap and many others. Recently relocated to NYC to help technology take root in big ventures based in the big apple, she continues to lead technical teams on a wide variety of projects; focusing on helping companies find technical solutions to tricky business problems and cultivating balanced, high-performing, autonomous teams.
