Agile Unified Process v1.1 Released

The latest version of the Agile Unified Process (AUP) is available for download, free of charge.  The AUP is a simplified version of the Rational Unified Process (RUP).  It describes a simple, easy to understand approach to developing business application software using agile techniques and concepts yet still remaining true to the RUP.  The descriptions are simple and to the point, with links to details (on the web) if you want them.  The approach applies agile techniques include test driven development (TDD), Agile Model Driven Development (AMDD), agile change management, and database refactoring to improve your productivity.

This is just a point release, so most of the changes from v1.0 are minor, such as using the term work product throughout the product instead of artifact and adding links to some of newer AUP-oriented writings.   This free, HTML-based product describes an agile instantiation of the Unified Process (UP) and is a valid option for project teams which find the RUP too heavy.
