In this interview, recorded at Javapolis, Spring core developers Rob Harrob and Juergen Hoeller talk about what, why, and how of the core new features in Spring 2, including XML configuration, custom tags, and AspectJ integration.

Juergen Hoeller is co-founder of the Spring project and has been the most active Spring developer since the open source project began. Rob Harrop has been a core developer of the Spring Framework since June 2004 and currently leads the JMX and AOP efforts as well as the Spring Modules project.
Both will be speaking at The Spring Experience in Miami this December. Spring 2 is set to finally release this tuesday.
