Really insightful presentation on how to go about on SOA consulting projects, and what are some of the techniques that can help in building a picture of business capabilities that the current systems are delivering and what are the areas that are critical for business but that are not sufficiently met by current systems. Ian also shares the real world perspective by explaining some of the challenges one has to face in these consulting engagements. Thanks for great presentation.
