Bio

Chris Matts has spent the last twenty years being paid by investment banks. He has spent considerable time, thought and effort avoiding doing any real work. Despite his best efforts he has been involved with the start up of a number of Agile things, including real options, feature injection, behavior driven development and the fight between the Kanban and Scrum communities.

Software is changing the world; QCon aims to empower software development by facilitating the spread of knowledge and innovation in the enterprise software development community; to achieve this, QCon is organized as a practitioner-driven conference designed for people influencing innovation in their teams: team leads, architects, project managers, engineering directors.
