Katherine Kirk is currently the PM of the BBC iPlayer Bigscreen team, who also dabbles as a Process Improvement Analyst in other divisions of the BBC. She is an active participant of a community of Lean and Agile practitioners in the BBC Future Media and Technology division. She is particularly interested in edge-cases and the cultural interaction between hierarchical management and Agile teams.
