Giles works in the Developer and Platform Group at Microsoft in the UK specializing in VS Team System. He is a strong advocate of using the right processes and the right tools to deliver successful projects. Richard has been with Microsoft for 8 years starting as a Developer Support Engineer. For the past 2 ½ years he has specialized in VS Team System and Application Lifecycle Management.
