Previously, Floyd was Chief Editor of InfoQ.com and in the distant past created and ran TheServerSide.com, and authored the books "EJB Design Patterns" & "Domain-Driven Design Quickly”. Floyd is currently passionate about virtual teams with awesome cultures, social business, and software.
