Well organised, great presentation skills on-top of results:
"throughput is almost doubled and the CPU utilization is almost halved...and maximum latency is much more smaller"
May be not very thing is that impressive. You can see improvements.

Many microservices talk explains as if monolithic is a bad architecture and microservices are the best way to start. Sudhir has explained pros, cons and also what netflix OSS provides to the microservices world.
