Summary

As the Chief Workforce Scientist at Achievers and Chief Research Officer/Partner at Contemporary Leadership Advisors (CLA), I work with passionate teams focused on understanding how culture and values alignment drive employee engagement and impact strategic business outcomes. We stand at an important intersection between science and humanity, exploring the ways that technology can help us connect more deeply and reveal our motivations. As we reckon with global pandemic, this work has never been more important. Prior to joining Achievers and CLA, I co-founded and served as Chief Psychologist at RoundPegg, a culture and engagement SaaS based platform that uses scientific metrics and insights to every organization to manage the most critical business drivers that exist. I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Strength-Based Psychology. I serve on several boards – including the board of the Consulting Psychology division of the American Psychological Association, and have spent much of my career advising leaders from companies of all sizes, from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, on issues related to culture and engagement.
