Pia Nilsson

Summary

Pia works as a manager at Spotify’s Infrastructure and Operations department. Her primary focus is managing the backend continuous delivery (CD) team which builds the CD platforms which all 100+ teams use to build and deploy their code to production. She loves to practice active listening and I believe the more we start hearing people out the more awesomeness we will achieve. As a former TDD coach, she loves collaborative coding and you would often hear her advocating for mob-programming!
