Résumé
Blanca is a principal engineer and a professional transformational coach. She founded her own business, staffplusengineer.com to support senior and staff+ engineers gain awareness of their unique strengths and realise their technical leadership potential. She is also co-chair for programming committee for QCon London and is the webinar host for the LeadDev Staff+ series. She advises companies to help them design and build pragmatic data analytics solutions. Recently she has been focusing coaching senior and staff+ engineers She spent 20 years working for different organisations in a variety of tech roles before making the transition to working with data. She has spent the last 9 years building data analytics platforms, first at the BBC and then at the fintech startup topi. She is also a public speaker and has spoken at international conferences such as DevoxxUK, QCon London and LeadDev Staff+.
