Einar W. Høst is a special advisor at NAV, the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, where he tries to help teams with the things that tend to make software development hard over time. His main interests are domain modelling, API design and computer programming. He has a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Oslo.
