Hendrik Esser

Hendrik Esser is a transformational change expert with 26 years of leadership experience at Ericsson, a large telecommunication company. Being an engineer he has a pragmatic down to earth and systemic approach in helping organisations thrive. Over his career he worked as a SW developer, project manager, project office manager, portfolio manager and COO for large international organisations. Apart from his work at Ericsson, he is a keynote speaker, conference track organiser and co-author of numerous publications with global reach. He also works as a volunteer at the Agile Alliance where he is the director for their Supporting Agile Adoption initiative.
