Leonardo Andreucci

Leo Andreucci has been working in startups since 2004: he spent 10 years at Apontador/MapLink and 10 years at Creditas, from the initial team. Initially as an Advisor, he hired Creditas' first software engineers, and with the business development and increased complexity, he joined the company full-time as VP of Technology. He scaled the technology team to 150 people and later led international expansion and new product development, helping to elevate the company to unicorn status. After the complete structuring of Creditas' tech department, he left in 2022 and, after a sabbatical, began working as a CTO mentor and independent technology consultant in 2023.
