Founder and CEO of V.S. Optima, a software company, developing the Operational Excellence Platform to ensure business efficiency through processes, people, and technology harmonization. Pavel has almost 20 years of experience in the software industry. Pavel led the Engineering Excellence Consulting Group at EPAM Systems for the last six years, serving Fortune 500 engineering organizations to drive strategic technology consulting engagements: Cloud/DevSecOps transformation, Center of enablement, Operational excellence, Technology Innovations, and Developer Experience. Prior to VS Optima and EPAM, Pavel took various engineering and technology leadership roles in FinTech and Telecommunication industries.
