CEO of MetaCase. Focused on model-driven approaches and tools, notably domain-specific modeling and language design. Act as a consultant world-wide for defining domain-specific languages that enable code generation. Author of a book (www.dsmbook.com) and over 90 articles on model-based software development, recently in journals such as IEEE Software, ObjektSpektrum and Embedded Computing Design. Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland and adjunct professor (docent on information system development methods and method engineering).
