Nigel Thurlow solves problems by helping executive leaders transform their operations. He is recognized as an international expert on Toyota approaches as well as Lean, Agile, and Complexity concepts, and is part of a working group of international scientists researching the intersections of systems thinking and complexity thinking. He is the developer and co-creator of the The Flow System™, and has recently been featured by Forbes. He is the co-author of the upcoming book on The Flow System™.

Nigel Thurlow advises companies on successful transformation strategies and how to achieve effective and lasting change. 
As the Chief of Agile at Toyota Connected he established the Toyota Agile Academy, a training and consulting practice for Toyota teaching and coaching Lean and Agile approaches to industry. He is the creator of Scrum The Toyota Way, an award winning and internationally recognized best in class training course, and he also established the first ever external accreditation for non Toyota team members. He is also the first Professional Scrum Trainer globally in Toyota, and the first trainer to have ever been certified by both the creators of Scrum, and has trained over 7000 people worldwide.

 
In the past he led the successful transformation at 3M Healthcare Information Systems, and have taught and coached in notable companies such as GE, Bose, 3M, TJX, Microsoft, MA State Gov, and MIT. He was also one of the earliest contributors to Scrum at Scale. He is recognized as an international expert and keynote speaker on Toyota approaches as well as Lean, Agile, and Complexity concepts’ and is part of a working group of international scientists researching the intersections of systems thinking and complexity thinking. He is the developer and co-creator of the The Flow System, and has published peer reviewed white papers and journal publications on team science. He acts as an advisor on several boards at the University of North Texas and has recently been featured by Forbes. He is the co-author of the upcoming book on The Flow System.
