He held several other leadership positions in the past: SVP of marketing and business development for JustSystems, the largest ISV in Japan, VP of product marketing with Mercury Interactive (now part of HP), marketing for two WebSphere products at IBM Software Group, and director of product marketing with Documentum (now part of EMC).
