Colin Garlick has spent over 26 years delivering solutions as a developer, designer and architect. He has built various medical systems such as assay laboratory management, reporting and billing. In addition to inventory management and production scheduling for concrete block manufacturing plants, he has developed an application to design and cost building struts for flooring and roofing.
