Duncan is well known in the Haskell community and runs Haskell consultancy company Well-Typed ( http://www.well-typed.com/ ). He helps maintain several popular libraries and tools such as Cabal and bytestring. He has several years experience in packaging the Haskell toolchain and took a leading role in establishing the Haskell Platform.
