Sharon is the Founder of Enterprising Agility. In October 2021 Sharon was a Nominee for the Pearcey Awards for Queensland and the Winner of the Outstanding Achievement Technology Award from Women in Technology . Sharon was the General Manager Strategy and Improvement in Technology at Tabcorp until 31st January 2019. This role united Architecture and Strategy, Delivery Practices, Strategic Planning and Change and Communications within one department. Sharon was a founding board member of ANZTB (Australia and New Zealand Testing Board as part of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board - ISTQB).
