Bio
Evan Cooke is Co-Founder and CTO of Twilio. Twilio provides a web standards-based API for businesses to build scalable, reliable communications applications that make and receive phone calls and send and receive SMS messages. Evan was recently a Post doctoral Research Fellow in network security and distributed systems at the Universityof Michigan where he completed his M.S. and Ph.D. in CS.
