Phil works as the Patterns and Practices Evangelist for Telerik, and serves as the Lead Director for the Cincinnati .NET User’s Group and the Cincinnati Software Architect. Code PaLOUsa is a two-day software development conference to be held March 16 and 17, 2012 at the Marriott Louisville in downtown Louisville, KY.
