Bio
Patrick Copeland is Senior Engineering Director at Google, he created and leads the Engineering Productivity Group. Patrick has over 15 years of experience in software development and testing. During his 11 years at Microsoft he led testing and engineering teams that created real-time micro-operating systems, implementations of XML and cloud search systems.

Hi, this was interesting presentation. Very connected with others presentations on how Google do things: data driven decisions, a lot of testing and iterations. But I was dissapointed that the sale with an idea in the envelop wasn't released to the public :)

This is a great talk, thank everyone who made it.
It looks like Patrick has mistaken the name of the guy who made wood & paper prototypes of Palm -- it was Jeff Hawkings, not John.
