Vicente Navarro is Data Systems Manager at the European Space Agency (ESA) where he is responsible for the definition, implementation and operation of Europe's Space Situational Awareness (SSA) Precursor Services in close coordination with SSA´s Space Surveillance and Tracking, Space Weather and Near Earth Objects Segment Managers.
