Owen Barnes has been building web apps since the mid nineties and sees 'Realtime' as the third major phase of the web (Static -> Dynamic -> Realtime). After spending several years building Ruby on Rails apps for the world's largest online advertising company (Advertising.com / AOL), Owen now focuses exclusively on creating rich, immersive experiences using Node.js and SocketStream.
