Brian Lokhorst presents practical use cases based on several SOA design patterns showing how he and his colleagues improved the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration services.


Brian Lokhorst is an architect at Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (DTCA) currently responsible for a new Declarations Management System. Prior to that, he was involved in implementing SOA for DTCA based on web services and ESB.
