Matt Ballantine's two decades of work have helped to deliver business change, often in the context of new technology, across organizations as diverse as KPMG, the BBC, Reuters, Microsoft and global marketing agency Imagination. In 2013 he founded Stamp London, which provides insight and expertise to organizations facing disruption in the path of technology.

The aim was to ensure that inspiration turned to action. We want people to make changes in their workplace – changes that make them happier, that help the business innovate, respond and grow, and that overcome specific obstacles or blocks. They could be small. They might even fail. That’s OK.
