Hi Matt, this was very interesting indeed, thx! Too many of us do not bother to look deep enough in ordrt to find really working solutiions, myself included (yes..). Hoping to get this changed soon thugh. Been soing some kanban studies here: kanbantool.com/kanban-library/getting-started and on infoq and dzone too. Good job we now can just get some insights online.
