David Mole, working closely with Agile Extraordinaire Sandy Mamoli, led an Agile transformation at Trade Me, New Zealand’s biggest e-commerce website. They built upon Spotify’s Squads, Chapters, Tribes and Guilds to create a new and efficient way of working across technology and in fact the whole company. David has recently joined Nomad8.com.
