Rupert Scofield explains how to build, motivate, and manage a team that both embraces the mission and delivers financial results, how to mitigate risk, and how to solve interpersonal conflicts.

Rupert Scofield is a social entrepreneur with 40 years of experience working in developing countries. He is the CEO of FINCA, a global microfinance organization operating in 23 countries across 4 continents with over one million clients. He tells the story of FINCA in the book The Social Entrepreneur’s Handbook: How to Start, Build and Run a Business that Improves the World (McGraw-Hill, 2011).
