Martin L. Harbolt is President for AFCEA Fort Knox Gold Vault Chapter. He holds a number of certifications in project management, such as PMP, CSM, CSP, ITIL. He was a Software Delivery Manager for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Serves and previously served as Vice President of Education and Training, Information Services Manager, Program Manager and Project Manager.
