    Like "Why haven't most modern managers read any book in last 50 years"... I'll let myself suprise with the rest, but reading books - or better said NOT reading books - is something that really strikes me in our industry, that is based on *knowledge*. But it's not just our industry where people believe that just doing things is enough. Of course it's essential, but without knowledge (and learning)... it's not! It is essential only in conjunction with learning. I take learning newbie anytime over non-learning "expert".
